Eliko Holdings is the holding and management home for a Namibian portfolio working across property, design, communication, enterprise capability and social development. We connect that work while preserving each company’s purpose and responsibility.
 
Our role spans group direction, management services, business development and project coordination. We clarify the opportunity, locate the responsible company, assemble relevant capability and organise the decisions and work required. Each engagement establishes its scope, resources, contracting entity and accountability.
 
Eliko gives organisational form to Tuna Willem’s work across creative enterprise, programme design, property opportunities, communication and institutional engagement. We are building the discipline that allows ideas, relationships and knowledge to become durable organisational capability: strategy that guides choices, operations that maintain continuity, and projects that deliver a defined outcome.
